Becoming a Home Owner
After finding a home to purchase, you will be required to complete an application to become a homeowner. Once approved, management will provide you with a Disclosure Statement and the relevant information required by law, such as a copy of the NSW Fair Trading brochure "Moving Into A Land Lease Community" and the Land Lease Living Brochure. You must have these documents for a minimum of 14 days to be eligible to become a homeowner within the community.
